CALL YOUR OPPOSING TEAM'S MANAGER TO CONFIRM TIMES, DATES AND LOCATION.
SUGGESTION:  CALL 1 WEEK PRIOR AND FOLLOW UP A DAY OR 2 BEFORE THE GAMES.
 
* Games are scheduled on Saturdays at 10 am by default unless otherwise indicated or teams may alter the times and dates if both agree. 
Rule of thumb:  If teams are 50 miles or more apart then games may start at 11 am or later.  (discuss this between yourselves)
 
** Visitors are responsible to contact home teams days prior to game date to confirm time, date and location.



*** ALL POST SEASON GAMES:

*HOME TEAMS HIRES 2 UMPIRES OR VISITORS MAY BRING ONE IN.

*BOTH TEAMS PAY FOR THEIR OWN UMPIRES.

*BOTH TEAMS SUPPLY BASEBALLS EQUALLY.

*THE HOST TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD MAINTENANCE.

16U MA Conference (7 TEAMS)

 

With High School Fall sports now active, fields may not be available on Saturdays. 

Teams must contact their opponents early to arrange game dates and times changes, if needed. 

Otherwise, the default times and dates for games are Saturday at 10 am. 

However, our rule of thumb is if a team must travel 50 miles or more to get to a game then the start time is 11 am.

 

Bottom line:  Game times and dates are to be flexible because of field availability… Managers must be flexible in accepting time and date changes.  EXPECT TO PLAY SUNDAY GAMES.
